Yes! We are happy to accept your insurance — and if we don’t accept your plan, our excellent and highly qualified graduate students can offer affordable counseling at a rate that is comparable to a co-pay. We are currently in-network with United/Optum, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

We offer video sessions online and in-person sessions from 11am-5pm on weekdays and Saturdays by appointment.

We see individuals as young as 3 years old and as old as 100. We also work with couples and individual adults and provide an affirming environment to adults and couples who identify as LGBTQIA.

Absolutely! We conduct marriage counseling online to couples in Texas and provide EMDR therapy through a HIPAA compliant and secure platform during our video sessions.

We meet with couples 85 minutes each week and individuals for 55 minutes each week. Longer sessions are available. Family sessions are 55-85 minutes, depending on your family’s needs.

We’ve found that clients who come to therapy weekly make the most progress and notice the most improvement as they work toward their goals. You and your therapist will choose a time that works well for you and will meet weekly at that time until you meet your goals.

Doing healing work at this level takes time and commitment to see change. For that reason, we will meet with you weekly and we’ll regularly measure your progress. On average, our clients attend therapy for 6 months and even up to 3-5 years.

Clients who call us say that they have read books watched online videos, and tried to apply the things they learned to their lives. Even with all that work, they still notice that they fight too much with their partner, don’t sleep well, and feel anxious or depressed much of the day, and are unhappy in their job or with their life.
