Children's Counseling
One-on-one sessions that help kids name big feelings and build confidence, at a pace that feels safe for them.
Play Therapy
Play is how children naturally communicate β we use it to help them process emotions before words come easily.
Family Therapy
We bring the whole family in when it helps, building communication and giving parents tools to support progress at home.
Free consultation
A short call to hear what's going on, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit β no pressure, no commitment.
First session, mostly with you
We start by getting to know your family's story and goals, so your child's first real session already feels familiar.
A pace your child sets
Sessions build trust gradually through play, conversation, and connection β never rushed, always led by what your child needs.
How do I know if my child needs counseling?
If you're noticing changes in mood, sleep, school performance, or behavior that last more than a few weeks β or your child has been through something difficult β it's worth a conversation. You don't need a diagnosis or a "big enough" problem to reach out. A free consultation can help you figure out if therapy makes sense right now.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, and we're happy to help you verify your benefits before your first session. If we're out of network for your plan, we can also discuss self-pay options.
Will I be involved in my child's therapy?
Yes. While your child needs their own private space to open up, we regularly check in with parents, share general progress, and offer guidance you can use at home β always balanced with respecting your child's trust.
What if my child doesn't want to talk about their feelings?
That's completely normal, and it's exactly why we use play therapy and other creative approaches. Many kids process and express emotions through play and activity long before they can put them into words β our therapists meet them there.
